SHIRO® is a trademark of Shiro Labs. Unauthorized use of the SHIRO name or logo to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is prohibited.

Reporting infringement

Shiro Labs respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content displayed on SHIRO infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized representative).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. The URL or specific location on SHIRO of the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

How to send a notice

Send DMCA notices to the contact channel published at shiroterminal.com under "Legal". Notices that omit the elements above may be invalid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your contact info, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at Shiro Labs' place of incorporation.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.

Token names, logos, and tickers shown on SHIRO are the property of their respective issuers. Their inclusion is informational and does not imply endorsement of SHIRO by any token project, or vice versa.
